Veloce Readers

Great pair of reader sunglasses. Great to play golf in and read my GPS device without switching to my eyeglasses or readers.

I recently purchased the Rivet 2.0 readers and left a review. Thought I would try the Veloce 2.0 readers. The Veloce lenses are 43.0 mm high and the Rivet 2.0 lenses are 42.1 mm high. Could be the difference in lense height or how the frames fit on my face but the Veloce reader diopters are worthless, at least for me. I have to really look down and tilt my head up to use the reader diopter. Save $40 and buy the non-reader Veloce if you can do without the diopters. I do like the Fototec lenses especially on varying light conditions.

My Tifosi readers are a game changer. I could no longer read my bike computer other than the speed, so texts and GPS guidance were features I couldn't use. I would read my stats at the end of a ride but not during. With my Tifosi readers I see everything! there is no downside. They are comfortable, reduce sun and glare, and allow me to read my Wahoo. I'm not one to leave reviews but Tifosi went above and beyond. My first pair of Veloce readers had a problem- the lens fell out while riding. I contacted customer support by email and they responded immediately, offered me a Crit model replacement, and sent it out same day. I am beyond satisfied with both the product and the stellar service I received.

These Veloce readers have been my ONLY riding glasses since my days in Sedona. I was just looking to get a new pair, and discovered the Tifosi Rivets! Guess I'll be reviewing those next!

I've got a couple pairs of these. They are wonderful for me. I use them for mountain biking. The fototec is great for going in and out of shade and sun. And with the 1.5 readers, I can read a map when I need to. Very handy. OK, I do wish that they didn't have black frames. I'd prefer something lighter, but they are too useful for me to let the frame stand in the way.

Just what I wanted. The magnification is right in line for my Garmin on the bike. And I’m loving the adjustable tint. It’s pricey but worth it. I forget I have these on on long bike rides.

I love these sunglasses. They are stylish and I can read while wearing them.

I needed glasses that would block sun but still let me see my bike computer. That do exactly what I hoped the would.

they relay are great. but I wish you would come out with some other designs with the Fototec option

Second pair of glasses from Tifosi. These are readers and if they are like my last pair they lasted over 7 years.

Light weight, decent optics. Although the reader portion of these is not progressive (have lines), they seem to work well. I ordered the 1.5 and they work just fine.

Excellent glasses. They come with a 2.0 reading bifocal. I thought this would work for me but I need more. Other than that I would always have a pair in my car if not using them to view the world

The glasses have been great, as all the other reviewers said. After about 18 months one of the lenses broke its little attachment piece. Warranty service was fast and fantastic. So good I immediately purchased 2 other sets of reader sunglasses. Terrific company.

The service was excellent. The glasses came very soon, sooner than expected. A friend recommended these glasses to me, but he recommended the photo tech glasses which change from light to dark and dark to light. That's what I thought I was getting but since I ordered 2.5 for the readers, I could not get that particular kind. They only come in 2.0 readers. So I contacted them. Iwas told immediately what to do to get the ones I wanted. He sent me a return shipping notice. I sent them back and got the new ones just a couple of days later. Very well done. Thank you

I've been wearing Tifosi Veloce glasses for about 10 years. I currently own five pair. I use the reader lenses in the operating room in my work as a Surgical Assistant. They are brilliant! Several surgeons I work with have purchased them as well. I have a pair in each of my vehicles, and a pair I use for shooting, and a pair I use for bike riding. They are the best!

This is my third pair of these glasses with readers and I love them. They fit comfortably and the readers help me see my bike computer clearly. My first pair I had for over 10 years. I still use my second pair which change depending on light conditions.

I really appreciate having a pair of shades that aren’t too dark for xc skiing at dusk, along with the reader area that allows me to check phone as needed. Would love to have less of a ‘line’, but that’s a small issue. Also, a smaller frame for women would be great.

Bought these because I couldn't read my bike computer with my sunglasses. These optics solved the problem. Hats off to Tifosi!

Got these to replace a pair I'd worn out - I wasn't careful with them and trashed the lenses after a couple of years. The Fototec reader lenses aren't available as replacements, so I had to get the whole pair, which is kind of a bummer. But the glasses are worth enough to me to get a new pair, and maybe I'll get tinted reader lenses for the old frames. The new pair shipped quickly, and arrived before they were promised, so I was able to ride sooner. I'm pretty happy.

I loose and destroy a lot of glasses, always come back for these!

Tifosi has made a solution to a problem many of us who have to use readers have needed. My job requires me to read lists outside in the sun. Normally I had to switch glasses every time I need t read. No more. Rigidity solved the issue at a very affordable price. The glasses fit so well and being able to read is fantastic. Great buy.

I have found Tifosi Veloce Readers my go to for biking. I need a low reader magnification to see my Garmin and phone biking and text apps as mounted on my handlebars. I find the Veloce Readers in both Smoke Tint and Light Night photochromatic lens without polarization work perfect for me. They are also relatively inexpensive so replaceable when they are eventually scratched up a bit. I would love to see the reader option in a more modern biker style, but the Veloce wrap nicely and protect from front and sides.

Everything. My go to !!! Great Utility.

Readers on biking glasses work well

The glasses are just the ticket for mountain biking. The photosensitive lenses keep my eyes comfortable (even on night rides), the dirt out, and the bifocal lenses at the bottom makes it easy to read my Garmin. They could be improved by eliminating the rubber covering on the temples, which will come off over time.

I've known about these for a bit, but was skeptical.. don't wait, pull the trigger. these are awesome
