Last night playing pickleball, I was blasted in my right eye with a high speed shot from close range. It was too close and too fast for me to even react to it. I felt a blow to my right eye , and the next thing I know was I’m on the floor, my safety glasses fell off from the impact, and people are around me asking if I’m ok. Thankfully the glasses had protected me perfectly, preventing what could have been a very serious injury. I’m writing this to encourage people to wear protective glasses, and also to thank Tifosi for providing a quality product.
I have been wearing Tifosi sunglasses for 2 years now. As a long distance marathon runner sunglasses are a critical part of my everyday training and raceday gear. The vented lenses provide great air flow and anti fog while running even on the most warm and humid days. These glasses are truly no bounce. I wouldn’t run in anything else.
Fototec lenses works great
I got the custom configuration for my readers. The lens quality is lower than the Veloce that I have been using for 2 years. There is deformation in the lens that I can live with now, but it took 3 pairs to get here. I really wanted the fototec so I would not need to carry 2 sets of lenses. I really wish that Tifsoi would just make the Veloce reader lens in the Clarion red with readers.
