The search is over! I have been through several pairs of sunglasses since beginning to road bike over 15 years ago and now mountain bike. My favorite sunglasses for cycling by far are the Tifosi Rails. They are the perfect! After losing them on a recent trip I am immediately ordering a new pair without hesitation. Fit, weight, coverage are all perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I use my Rails during cycling. Recently, I used them on the Tour de Scottsdale for a 100K road race. It was the first time for me wearing them and didn't really know what to expect. The Tifosi Rails performed beautifully. No slipping at all, were lightweight, protected my eyes from the glaring Arizona sun, and fit perfectly. I had been wearing Oakley and don't think that I will be returning to them anytime soon. If you're on the fence about trying these frames, don't. They are exceptional for the price.

I found my pair of rail sunglasses while hiking in Western North Carolina and have been wearing them for the past 4 years. I'm sorry for the person who lost theirs but I also thank them because they've been the best glasses for work with maximum airflow around my eye and comfortable Bridge support on my broken nose. They're super lightweight and they fit my personality they're a little bit loud but I get a lot of compliments. Thanks alot!

I’ve only put about 200 miles on them so far but I LOVE them! They don’t fog or get all sweaty (I ride all year in SW FL). Great field of vision. Amazing deal.

The sunglasses are great. I have Vogel SL and they’re absolutely perfect super light very inexpensive at $39 and I got them for $29 the lenses are nice and dark. These are basically the same thing but better than those. They feel a little heavier cause they are. They’re a little bit stiffer
On your head, but you can bend the back of the arms so that’s a bit better and I got them with the auto tinting lens.I like all their stuff but these two particular ones they just work for me.

I use the Rail with Fototec for Road, Gravel and MTB. They work great for every type of riding. I have used them for the last 2 years and the lenses are still perfect. I clean them before every ride with an alcohol wipe and they stay very clean. I highly recommend the rail!

I received my Rail's and began using on my city rides since it sunny where I live basically everyday. Before I was using Ray Bans and kept on having them slide off my face and make riding in the bright a nightmare. After using these I have been enjoying my rides alot more. They stay on my face and actually feel safer now that I'm not constantly blinded by the sun. They just work. Addition I play baseball and these have been great for that as well. Overallm they just work and are worth it (they are a great deal toom you'll be paying over 200 for glasses of this quality somewhere else. 100% recommend!

I can't say enough about the Rail glasses. They're great - comfortable and very functional. I love the way that they get darker or clearer depending on the amount of sunlight. They're very customizable, with the earpieces. They're a single piece of polycarbonate rather than two lenses give me greater vision.
But all that is well and good - I had a bad biking accident and hit the ground headfirst (wearing a helmet and the Tifosi glasses). After the fall, I took a look at my glasses. The earpieces and nose pieces had become detached but the lens was intact with a huge scrape on the lens. Without the glasses, that would have been my eye. And they didn't chip or shatter - they saved my eyesight.

I unfortunately took a very bad spill on my bike and suffered pretty severe facial injuries needing countless stitches. However, I believe these glasses saved my eye. Had I not been wearing them, those scrapes, as seen in the picture, would have been my eye and I would have been so much more badly injured. Instead, I only suffered a minor cut to the eyebrow and a black eye. It was only my third time wearing the glasses as I just purchased them a few weeks prior. While I'm sad that I need a new pair so soon, I will certainly get another from Tifosi!

Clear line of sight/no obstruction from frame!
Light weight and allows air to flow.
Love the look and fits well with open and full face helmet.

Really impressed with these shades they are super comfortable, and have a great range of vision really happy with the mirrored lens I haven’t tried the other two yet but they are going to come in clutch during cyclocross season. Thank you Tifosi really satisfied! Timmy B

I want to come here and edit my review. Upon providing the review below about having my lens scratched customer service reached out to me and provided me with tips on how to prevent scratches. Furthermore, as a one-time quality guarantee, they provided me with a replacement lens.

I bought the rail astral blue interchange bc I liked the glasses. Have them for a week now. They’re not scratch resistance as advertised. I wore them to the pool and got a scratch all across the left side. See pictures.

Picked up the Rail model in the cookies and cream finish, just what I needed to keep the bugs away from my eyes while cycling. Light weight too.

I do mountain bike some, but trail run much. The Rail XC are ideal for running the dusty, windy spring trails here in Austin. My eyes are protected from flying debris and pollen (ugh Austin allergies) and the lenses adjust to the light conditions - ideal! They are super light and I even forget I have them on! Highly recommend.

These glasses are perfect for my biking needs! The lenses are really easy to change while on the trail, and the blackout color option matches my mountain biking kit perfectly. Despite having had a few crashes while wearing these on, they never fell off and still look brand new! I would highly recommend.

I have been using the Tifosi Rail sunglasses for a few weeks now and absolutely love them. They are super light and perfect for activities such as running. Used them this weekend for my half marathon and they never fogged up with the combination of cold and heat/sweat at all, something that used to happen with some of the other brand models I've used in the past for my races. They also look great and come with the added swappable lens that provides added flexibility to adjust based on light conditions. They are my new go-to sunglasses now!
