The Tifosi Remount Program
You went down. Your glasses didn't make it. We'll send a new pair.

Intro
We make eyewear for those who commit: to the descent, the sprint, the gravel sector everyone else walks. Sometimes committing ends on the ground. If your Tifosi glasses are destroyed in a crash, and you bought them from us, we'll replace them. No fee, no runaround.
That's what they're made for.
How it works
- You crash. That's bad. We want to make it a little better.
- Show us. Send a photo of the damaged glasses, plus crash footage or a photo of the road rash. Bar cam, GoPro, a buddy's phone: it all counts.
- We review it. Our team checks out every claim, usually within 3 business days.
- New pair, on us. Once approved, we ship a replacement at no cost.
Which glasses are covered
The Crash Promise covers designated cycling models bought on tifosioptics.com. Look for The Tifosi Remount Program badge on the product page.
FAQ
What counts as proof? A clear photo of the damaged glasses, plus one of the following: video of the crash, or a photo of your injury from the crash. You don't need to show your face.
I bought my Tifosis at a shop or another website. Am I covered? The Crash Promise applies to purchases made directly on tifosioptics.com. Glasses bought elsewhere are still covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Will you use my crash footage on social media? Maybe. Submitting a claim gives Tifosi the right to use your crash footage and damage photos. We're building a crew of riders who commit, and your worst day on the bike could become the highlight of our feed.
Can I pick a different model or color? Replacements match your original model and colorway. If it's out of stock, we'll work with you on the closest match.
Does this cover scratches or glasses I sat on? No. The Crash Promise is for glasses destroyed in a riding crash. Scratched lenses can be swapped with replacement lenses.
How many times can I use it? Once per pair purchased.
